The closest we've gotten I think is All Might vs Might Guy. To be fair, it's hard to get a good reason for 2 characters to fight like you can with Tony and Lex or Snake and Sam, so a lot of episodes don't even have the potential to be that good.

Saw the preview. It's pretty good and it provides a good reason to fight, my only issue is that Geese's voice acting is really wierd in the first line. Also, Heihachi's voice actor is actually japanese and speaking in japanese during the fight.
