During the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament, Goku was able to run across the Tournament stage, grab Roshi's glasses, put them on his head, and run back to where he was originally standing, before Tien's Solar Flare reached his eyes from a few meters away. Should Goku and other DB characters (and everyone after that like the Saiyans, Friezas Army, Cell, Buu, etc) get a speed upgrade?

Characters being caught by the Solar Flare every time despite the fact that they are all vastly superior to Kid Goku should be considered PIS.

Kid goku don't have any other feat on that level, the best he had in 22 budokai was scaling from a 21 mach one, it's clearly a outlier.
