Yhwach gets mindhaxed and Kaguya gets atomized.
Mindhax is a perfect counter to the almighty and Star Wars is full of it.

Implying speed is of relevance to Yhwach who's Almighty functions at instanteous speeds.
The point is this ability will be dispelled,unless he can actually bypass everything Yhwach can do (who has access to everything).this includes probability manipulation and casuality manipulation and a passive memory manipulation just by looking him and fear manipulation via looking at him.

Does Vader use Mindhax in character that often

Passive Precognition is nice, but it means nothing if his actions are a tenth of Vaders casual speed.
Non of that really means anything if they aren't passive, Yhwach is a moving Statue to Vader, if the only passive abilities are those you mentioned, it's useless.

Passive precognition and high resistance to precog Passive power nullifcation.
Passive barrier that bends attacks away from him
Yhwach doesn't have to move to do anything,he can attack you directly from the future in the same instance he sees it.
Replace this with vaders head,he may be physically faster but Yhwach doesn't need to physically move to do anything.

I'll argue Yhwach has a faster thought process then this Vader,just because he can see countless futures in a way he described the numbers to be like grains of sand,and he does this in combat choosing a future favorable for him.He doesn't need to move at all lol.
Vader get's powernulled from the future just like Ichibe did and killed in the same instance.
There is also no evidence this mind-hax has worked against someone with probability manipulation.
Also even if vader does that assuming he gets past all of this the effects will fade away nigh-instantly because of The Almighty.
Ichibe stripped him of everything including his name and powers,this was still worthless once he turned on The Almighty becasue al his ailments were made null.

Star Wars character are cabable of making nanosecond adjustments on the fly in the middle of combat.
Vader is ridiculously above most of them and is capable of doing that in the middle of fighting 3 Jedi Masters at the same time, these three being the same ones that survived order 66.
Yhwach can't powernull before Vader Mind haxes or atomizes him from a Galaxy away outside of Yhwach's range.
