Dark Horse Godzilla possible Upgrade

In the prequel comic Godzilla Color Special Gekido-jin shakes an island by hit Godzilla.

In last issue Deep beneath the sea, Godzilla sleeps only to suddenly have the earth's tectonic plates shift, the resulting energy engulfing Godzilla.

You could maybe argue that Godzilla imagined it...but why would he? He's at least 200 million years old in Dark Horse. He likely did see an asteroid.
