Damage Boost for the TF2 Mercenaries

Should be fairly straightforward. Basically, the TF2 Mercenaries can deal random crits. This is not a game mechanic, as we see Demoman firing a Crit Pill (As indicated by the Pill glowing and having sparks) even without a Medic charging him with a Kritzkrieg. Not to mention the various voicelines ingame that reference crits, like Soldier's or Scout's.

You wouldn't need to give them a higher rating through critical hits, otherwise most game characters would get that.

Giving them Damage Boost is fine enough.
