The person's wounds healed a bit, he was still unconscious, well, it was time to take him back to the bank and see if they didn't steal all the money, after all places like banks tend to have large amounts that it's not really physically possible to take them the way this group of people did, so logically there should be enough left to recover it and Konoe can use it to buy those books.

Of course, Tiamat probably took care of telling most of the members that her daughter was dead, and she probably also started planning her revenge, of course, Tiamat saw Konoe before but... Konoe has to accept the possibility that Tiamat thinks that those people (the gang) are using Konoe's corpse as their own tool, that was probably why she didn't want to listen to her before, the dragon was blinded by anger at such a thought. Isaac may be not be 100% update with the new information about the group who is using Konoe as their ally so need to think in a way not start a fight
