Could a tier 5-C character blow up a planet in these conditions?

I had this question bugging me for a while

Like the title says, can a tier 5-C character blow up a planet using any these methods?

• Releases an attack to the planet that is so destructive that it unbalances the tectonic plates and they tear each other apart

• Release a massive attack to the core, causing it to tear the planet apart

I'd say that would be an indirect destruction, not a planet busting feat in itself.

That is why I put those methods, to see if it was possible to achieve indirect destruction

1st situation: The outer layer would be pretty much wrecked. The planet remains to be a planet though.

2nd situation: The attack isn't enough to overpower GBE, so the planet will rebind itself given enough time. A selection of the matter would be lost forever though.

The tier 5-C character should be able to destroy the planet with multiple attacks, this will be easy for a high-end one.
