So basically ever Touhou fanfiction where an Outsider ends up in Gensokyo?
All honesty this is way too vague. I mean you can argue that they're a genius that would actually match Gensokyoans. But then you add in magic.... Every otaku in the world would certainly make it easier for them.
But I doubt they'll get past against the heavy haxx based people. Maybe the mooks and fairies due to intelligence?

^Yeah, guess I should just add to be able to fly. But then the composite human would learn how to magic anyway.
IMO now though, Composite human should take every mythological being with a traditional based to them, since they would know the weakness. (the problem is material, but we're talking about Gensokyo here) If it's so though, then Yukari would be their's highest youkai limit, since she's practically unknown (and then the whole boundary thing)

Even with knowledge it's stupid to think they would be able to take down much stronger opponents just via exploiting their weaknesses. Suika and Remilia are both only a bit hurt by said weakness, and you still need a degree of power to use spiritual attacks.

We are mostly dealing with people with no biological component, being mostly magic and spritiual enegry. Heck they aren't even made out of regular particles. It would only affect human, and even then, the main ones are quite resistent to such things. Marisa for example is immune to mercury poisoning.

Marisa laughs off biowarfare. Yamame just flat out makes the Composite Human suffer from varying illnesses (until we can extinguish any illness and disease, it should work), Okuu nukespams radiation, heck, the Elephant Foot can mill a normal man with a short timespan and she has more than any human could withstand , the list goes on
