I feel like Notorious big would probably assimilate the mould and adapt to it/use it to grow larger but I could be wrong.

Don't even know if my comment would be relevant now.

I don't believe the mold would grow on B.I.G, as it didn't grow on Bruno when he was nonliving at the time. B.I.G is nonliving and would just feed on the mold, grow larger then devour the therapist.
