Anyways, i was playing Chrono Trigger, and before Queen Zeal's boss battle, it was stated that The Black Omen transcends Time and space

Does this means anything, or its just an translation error?

Note: I played that Super Nintendo version, and it says that same thing

Well, since I don't know anything about Chrono Trigger, I'm going to need some context on this.

Who's Queen Zeal? What makes her word trustworthy? Is this scenario canon?

By itself, the statement seems okay. But given the fact that the series revolves around time travel and our consultant DarkLK's statements about being Immeasurable while time traveling and not outside of it, I'm not sure if it'll be usable for stats.

I made a profile about her just in case questions popped up (because she's the reasoning behind LPL Chrono Trigger). I just find it funny that I found this a day after I made it.
