Why does Goetia have plot manipulation? Isn't the plot hax that happened was extremely weak and took prep time?

Gilgamesh just use them as projectiles and nothing else (excluding Enkidu and EA). Noctis, Erza are much better for Weapon Control as they use for more that that (flying, defending, in conjuncture with their normal attacks).

I mean an even better fit would be Zhong Yue who can use 21+ different flying swords art where each sword is executing a different type of art (attacking, trapping, defending, etc) at the same time...and if you want pure sword projectiles he can create thousands. Then there is Qin Mu who is specialized in Flying Swords (as he can control at the same time 8000 where each sword is doing something else, each sword being used to a degree that it requires algebra in its permutations).

Gilga CCC can use them to defend or atk blind spot of ennemy too but yeah not really a hard expertise.

I think the White Queen and Teruhashi are above the current listings in social influencing.

For justification let me first quote the WQs page:

Just to be clear, if the WQ takes a walk people will start worshipping the dirt she stepped on.
And, for context, it is really crazy that Kyousuke of all people is mentioned to have to be careful not to get ensnared by her stamina. Why? Two reasons.
First, Kyousuke was raised by a genius to be a "precision-guided missle" via pretty extreme means. What that means is that he was raised to never abandon his goal, no matter what, and his goal is to kill the WQ.
Second, Kyousuke is bloodlusted on the WQ. Very bloodlusted. The WQ killed his mother and sister as a kid. Then he later got adopted into something like a foster familiy (also it was part research project) and the WQ was actually integrated in it. Kyousuke was even about to forgive her, when her presence caused (almost) all of them to get killed again. Kyousuke is even convinced to have just cause, as according to him half of the worlds problems are (directly or indirectly) caused by the WQ.

For for Teruhashi's showings: I have a blog on that.

The fact that both of those are (partly) passive alone is a pretty strong argument in their favor.
 
Bowser breath attack he can shoot homing fireball, balls of flaming rock, fire that goes through walls, fire balls that leave magma behind, streams of fire, smoke that hurts, and explosive fire balls.
Maybe Mega Man X for bodily weaponry.

well if that's the case imma pick some characters

Endou Kousuke for stealth mastery, his stealth is so good, not only machines can't detect him, ancient magics (conceptual and law based hax) can't detect him and even a being embody the concept of "stealth" can't detect him, it gotten so far that it makes people constantly forgot about him (even his mother and best friends, some people that dealt with stealthy people all day, etc)

Makina (Isekai at Peace) for Duplication, she can create infinite clones of herself, all with her haxes and resistance, and they'll get stronger if she get stronger too

Information in Blue and White verse can do literally anything. It controls subatomic particles, universes, spatial dimensions, space-times, concepts, existence and non existence, mathematics, higher infinites etc
It can even rewrite and change the whole established cosmology as he wishes.

Veldora Tempest with his Probability Manipulation

He can control probability to the extent where he can completely get rid of opponent's resistance and straight up affecting them, interfering the probabilities of withstanding his attack, making it impossible to defend from it no matter how durable you are, manipulating the chances of him surviving an attack such as the destruction of the universe along with its concept of time.
 
Claude for Subjective Reality and Blood Manipulation

He can manifest anything he thinks as possible and reject everything that seems impossible to him. This grants him power to increase his stats permanently from normal human to wall level and FTL, nullifies any magic, translate anything he sees, negates type 3 immortality / regeneration, interact with spirit and space (tore of space to create portal), decrease the stats of the strongest person in the history of mankind to normal human, copied any technique and magic he sees, denies his death, and gains a super versatile Blood Manipulation (Danmaku, Weapon Creation, Forcefield Creation, Teleportation).

Dawn (Total Drama)

In the context of the series she's from, Dawn is pretty hax'd. In her five-episode run in Total Drama, she went from basic aura color readings to outright pinpointing the location of and gathering secret, sensitive information about people.

I mean, they can literally rewrite the whole canons via information manipulation and are said to be "hard coded" which means if you kill one the whole narrative would need to be rewritten alongside them.
