Chara's profile here currently lists their power specifically for the genocide route. However, the only way that Chara was able to erase the multiverse is because Frisk's determination allowed them to manifest

Due to this, I believe we should add an extra page for Pacifist Chara placing them at 11-A or something along those lines, indicating them existing only as a ghost. Kind of like bill cipher.

How is this relevant if Chara never makes an appearance in the Pacifist route? They only manifest in Genocide, and by virtue of taking your soul, they can do whatever they want as they please, adding a key like that is unnecessary.

Being a "ghost" doesn't make you anywhere near 11-A. And as Talon said, it's not very useful to add that, considering how little they appeared in Pacifist.

Bill Cypher is listed the way he is due to his depiction. Chara doesn't make an actual appearance until the Genocide route. I agree with Talonmask.
