Because isn't 3812's power to transcend or supercede something immediately??
Can he or IT transcend The Unwritten? Just curious.

This is a huuuuuuge misconception on his ability. If he were to actually supersede anything immediately, he would have been above the narrative stacks already. And he's still bound by it, hell even this one being called St. Alagadda is tieing with him due to being everything that was, is, or will be, so if you're above those concepts or are those on a 1-A+ to high 1-A level you're automatically > 3812.

I'm going to be completely honest, I do disagree with the downgrade for scp's being 2-A to 1-C but that's a different topic.

I might be misinterepting it but I am pretty sure the author said that he supercedes everything.

The Leviathan is High 1-A
So no,he cannot,no matter how High into 1-A+ he reaches

(Though pretty sure High 1-A Leviathan is bullshit but I don't care anymore)

This is just classic NLF. Since when does an author have authority over all of fiction?
I mean this isn't a first time since Suggs thinks like that and also a user thinks that Overvoid in DC contains all of fiction itself from an ambiguous quote by Grant Morrison lol.
But getting back to topic, does that count as the author being NLF? Isn't DJkaktus just clarifying the 3812's powers, being able to supercede beings immediately?
I mean ok fair enough that does kinda NLFish lol.

Then they are just talking out of their asses.

Yes, it does. If my god-tier's best feat is Low 2-C and I claim he can erase all fictional characters, that's NLF.

The way we've taken to interpret the speed, is that it's immediate from the perspective of a being on the same narrative level as 3812, which can take time/be slow in the eyes of beings with a higher perspective, as we already know that higher narratives don't have the same flow of time as lower narratives.

This seems consistent with all the information we have.

So he'd get rekt by a High 1-A like the Leviathan.
