can ADA (boruto) defeat a dragon ball characters whit her passive skill

As far as we know there is no reason for why -dragon ball characters would be immune. So yes Dragon ball characters would become "in love" with her and unable to hurt her.

She can defeat some but not all, especially characters that have Empathic Manip Resistance and Infinite Zamasu, who is quite literally the concept of Justice and Order itself.
