Because of this blog, part of the above request -breaking down a door- has been completed. Thank you again, AssaltWaffle!

I feel that, my request to find the AP for the electricity/lightning manipulation in that scene still stands, however.

This is especially true if we assume the door being broken down is a physical feat, since it's magical AP with the Millenium Rod that would allow scaling to Bakura & thus Pegasus; Ergo, if the door busting isn't a magical AP feat, then the electricity manipulation is higher priority.

Even if the door busting is done via magical AP -like Marik's telekinesis with his Millenium Rod, which he's been shown to use a bit in the anime- the Electricity Manipulation may still be important to calc since it may offer a possible upgrade.

I don't know if we ever get a set size for the Blackstone Fortresses, but I can look. The most I remember off the top of my head was that a single of the main chambers within one of the Fortresses was described as "easily a hundred miles across", which means the whole thing is likely pretty gigantic.

The system's star is massive enough to go supernova, if that helps.
 
Apparently, even after having multiple massive pieces of itself completely destroyed, the largest remaining chunk of debris from a Blackstone Fortress was described as "a mass of ancient stone the size of a small moon". Said debris crashing down to the surface of a world was enough to split the planet in half and shake it from its orbit, so this seems to be a literal description.

priority 1 I think since it scales to pretty much every major character

Feat: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EB61ZPKku4E basically Dodging a laser (I know it looks like he got hit but notice he doesn't take any damage) and said laser travels in a straight line and is called "luminous energy" by the game

though it does cause Noctis to flinch ... Could just be from the pain however?

Her march photon wings began blasting out photon (out of her wings) increasing her flight and reaction speed to the point Chaos could not even percieve her. Chaos was finally able to adapt and react to Astraea. Pandora Ikaros should scale to this because she has the fastest flight speed.

Priority: 2 (Directly affects two profiles we currently have, and will be used to help build at least two new profiles which I'm currently planning out. Almost positive it will result in an upgrade, as well.)

Description: Roland and Eddie blitz fifteen people before any of them can react.

Feat: Below

  • Quote describing the size of the group. Seventeen strong:
The fellow leading the pursuers was a man named Flaherty. Of the seventeen of them, he was the only hume. The rest save one were low men and vampires. The last was a taheen with the head of an intelligent stoat and a pair of huge hairy legs protruding from Bermuda shorts. Below the legs were narrow feet that ended in brutally sharp thorns. A single kick from one of Lamla's feet could cut a full-grown man in half.

  • One of them got shot down moments prior to the feat, so we're at seventeen minus one:
There was a kind of gasp in the air around them, as if the corridor itself had inhaled sharply. Flaherty's hair and Lamla's fur rippled. Flaherty's posse of low men and vampires began to turn. Suddenly one of them, a vamp named Albrecht, shrieked and bolted forward, allowing Flaherty a view of two newcomers, men with raindrops still fresh and dark on their jeans and boots and shirts. There was trail-dusty gunna-gar at their feet and revolvers hung at their hips. Flaherty saw the sandalwood grips in the instant before the younger one drew, faster than blue blazes, and understood at once why Albrecht had run. Only one sort of man carried guns that looked like that.

  • Roland and Eddie proceed to blitz the Man Jesus out of the rest of the group, save for the one taheen who's wise enough not to draw his gun. (They save him for afterwards) That's fifteen people:
Flaherty drew as he spoke, a bushwhacker's trick he'd no doubt practiced and used before to advantage. And although he was fast and the forefinger of Roland's left hand still touched the side of his mouth when Flaherty's draw began, the gunslinger beat him easily. His first bullet passed between the lips of Jake's chief harrier, exploding the teeth at the front of his upper jaw to bone fragments which Flaherty drew down his throat with his dying breath. His second pierced Flaherty's forehead between the eyebrows and he was flung back against the New York/Fedic door with the unfired Glock spilling from his hand to discharge a final time on the hallway floor.

Most of the others drew a split-second later. Eddie killed the six in front, having taken time to reload the chamber he'd fired at Albrecht. When the revolver was empty, he rolled behind his dinh to reload, as he had been taught. Roland picked off the next five, then rolled smoothly behind Eddie, who took out the rest save one.

Lamla had been too cunning to try and so was the last standing. He raised his empty hands, the fingers furry and the palms smooth. "Will ye grant me parole, gunslinger, if I promise ye peace?"

"Not a bit," Roland said, and cocked his revolver.

"Be damned to you, then, chary-ka," said the taheen, and Roland of Gilead shot him where he stood, and Lamla of Galee fell down dead.

  • Save for the last man dying, all of the above happened within the split-second that the others had taken to draw their guns. Nobody had a chance to fire:
Flaherty's posse lay stacked in front of the door like cordwood, Lamla facedown in front. Not a single one had had a chance to fire. The tile-throated corridor stank of the gunsmoke which hung in a blue layer. Then the purifiers kicked in, chugging wearily in the wall, and the gunslingers felt the air first stirred into motion and then sucked across their faces.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could manage to calc this, as it seems like a very, very solid showing. Every other speed feat Roland performs in the series is extremely casual, and the fact that Eddie (who is explicitly stated to be slower than him) was even shown reloading at different points only adds to how impressive it looks at a glance.
 
Sadly, it's not getting above their current ratings. Even if you assume they were 20m away and use Athletic Human reactions, the feat is only 200m/s, which is Subsonic.

You mean Subsonic+? That's still an upgrade, albeit a minor one.
I was hoping for a slightly better outcome, but I'll take what I can get.

@Arekusuripa She makes so many slashes that it's impossible to determine how much she moved and calculate the feat. However she is at least Transonic, for missiles are that fast.

It doesn't sound very convincing, because she can fend off bullets with ease from differents directions, what give her at least Supersonic speed and reaction, and also she can stop a nuclear explosion just for the 3.65 seconds. So no i guess her stats far superior Transonic.
