Boros upgrade

In the new guidebook that came out recently with the bluray discs it states that Boros in his restricted armour form is able to wipe out planets and that his Meteoric Burst form can destroy Stars. I think he should be upgraded from continent level to Planet and star levels because that is his true power.

Why not? It would be unfair because you wouldn't be stiocking with the statements made by the author himself.

As Weekly said, it's a Discussion Rule that has been explained thoroughly in previous threads.

The statement is an inconsistent translation. The word it's derived from "Hoshi" (µÿƒ), can be translated as both a Planet or a Star. Given that Saitama's planet busting statements are far more numerous than any other star busting statements (of which there are none to my knowledge), it is far more likely to go with the former unless he suddenly gets a massive new feat.
