I believe that we should revisit the Boros star busting description.
Reasons: 1. Logically, how would the context for Boros's attack be Planet when the Databook puts his sealed form at planet. It even meantions, "Planets" which would imply he could devistate multiple planets. So his full power should clearly be above planet.
2. in the anime Garyganshoop said he could use the gravitational force of a black hole. If that were true Star level boros being above Gery would also be evident.
3. It was stated that earth would have been destroyed even in the manga. A star level attack would still destroy the planet.
4. One himself ran editorials on the Databook. So it's highly unlikely that it would have been a mistranslation. One even had Alot of involvment in the anime production as well. So, it's clear that Boros was retconned.
