I like both alot, at best this is probably inconclusive.

Nicol bolas shatters minds of even experienced mind mages like Jace Beleran, can cause instant death with a touch, can access certain futures where likely Alice is dead/is likely to die, can seal alice and can possess people.

The real debate though this is not Bolas vs Alice, but basically Azzy vs Matthew if both comment ovo.
