Pleasure yes once it doesnt work he automatically goes for pleasure tentacles and blades of light. CoO will let her dodge blades of light but it does not help with pleasure which works on you instantly or hunger

Pleasure makes you feel sexual pleasure and with it makes you unable to fight and move. Hinger makes you hungry to the point where you loose all strength and see hallucinations

Also forgot to add pleasure also can kill you by releasing your soul through feeling the pleasure but very unlikely boa will die since only the most random fodder died from it.
