I've been away from the thread for a hot minute. Has the basis of the argument moved from Shaz's regeneration via converting imagination to reality? And has any further proof been given of Reishi being Type 2 information beyond what I initially addressed?

Here are Deceived3596's post on the matter. Post 456, 461, 485, 489, 532, 538, and 542. That's all of them I think.

If this is the bulk of the argument for High-Godly regeneration then my original stance remains the same. A lot of is arguing from implication and reasoning out conclusions that aren't explicitly stated. Not that there's an issue with very heavy implication but in this case, it doesn't seem enough for me to regard Reishi as fundamental information of the universe, rather than just a building block for the setting.

So yeah, still agree with the regeneration downgrade.

Then what about a possible rating?

Personally, I don't think there's enough for it. You're welcome to ask other staff about that though.

I also still agree with the regeneration downgrade.
