It says in 13 BLADEs that Bankai Toshiro controls the skies for 40,003 ri (Õøøõ©çõ©ëÚçî) around when using Tenso Jurin. I do think Õøøõ©çõ©ë is a typo though, because of how arbitrary it seems. Õøøõ©çõ©ëÕìâ Is this true

40,003 Ri is 157,092 km. That figure has to be a typo.

The 3 Ri radius he stated during his fight with Ichimaru puts the diameter of his storm clouds at nearly 24 km, which is the average diameter of storm clouds in real life. That is no coincidence.
