Bill Dura/AP and Speed

@TheArsenal1212 To be more specific, Time Baby stated "if your rip in this dimension continues, it could destroy the very fabric of existence."

@TriforcePower1 Why wouldn't 2-A environmental destruction exist?

Because if you destroy a 2-A verse, HOW you do it is mostly irrelevant. If you do it overtime, it's irrelevant because you're destroying time as well, and destroying a 2-A multiverse would still hurt someone with 2-A dura regardless. Especially because in this case, there's nothing indicating that Dorito destroying the multiverse shouldn't scale to his powers in general.

Someone with 2-A dura can tank an infinite multiverse being destroyed, yet Bill is consistently harmed by things infinites below that.

Considering the shacktron incident isn't like Mabel's spray can where it's a one off it should scale. I mean, ita a pivotal plot point

I think he is more talking about it hurting bill

so it would be a glass cannon that got high durability or resistance towards bill

he would have tanked the destruction of the universe/multiverse, likely multiverse since time baby said all of existence
That's conjecture. Bill is insane, so he very well may have either not believed Time Baby or just not cared.

He seemed to think he and his maniacs would have a neverending party, so it's probably the latter. It wouldn't be uncommon for a mad character to accidentally be their own end.

Bill's also a nigh-omniscient. Assuming Bill would just die would be even more conjecture and applying a double standard questioning here.

The dude plays with living human skin and gives absolutely zero cares about anything Time Baby had to say. While think he probably wouldn't let himself just die, he very well may just or believe him. Nigh-omniscience is questionable at best and does not extend to a cosmological level since he needed Ford to undo the barrier.

Bill has so many claims but such pathetically little performance.

that is mainly do to his very little appearances in the show, about 5. And he is insane not stupid, he obviously doesn't want to die as shown in his death and is smart enough to know what he is doing and what will happen because of it

@Totally

Watch Bill's encounter with Time Baby. He is utterly dismissive of his claims about the destruction of existence and so are his minions, who can't regenerate.

Bill just doesn't believe Time Baby and he very well may not know the possible devastation his rip may cause, kinda like how we didn't know that his power was contained within the Weirdness Magnet of Gravity Falls.

they can regen, ford shot them with the gun in journal 3 and they came back in weirdmaggedon

while he is dismissive it makes more sense that he knows he can handle it I mean the reason he left the nightmare realm was because that was going to collapse why would he be so stupid as to not realize this especially knowing how smart he is

@Totally

Bill isn't as smart as you or his profile make him out to be. He is consistently outwitted by other characters despite his apparent cosmic knowledge.

Also, what of Bill's talk of neverending party and eternal dancing? All of that is completely backwards if he knows full well he will destroys everything.

Given everything we know about him and the other characters, it is most logical to conclude, in my opinion, that he didn't know what would happen and is too dismissive and cocky.

Ford stated he wanted to destroy the reality or in context -universe. Bill stated he wanted to liberated the universe like he did for his universe where he killed all of his loved ones. I am pretty sure Bill is not being arrogant on this point since destruction was his goal

@Elzihaa

Destruction is relative here. The Pines twins were considering taking Bill's deal at the end of the series, even though they knew he would terrorize and "destroy" reality.

Bill saying eternal or neverending like 3 or 4 times as well as the depiction of his dream for the "liberation" of the universe he envisioned depict a destructive and chaotic reign, but not one of universal annihilation.

I agree with Assalt.

Nigh-omniscience shouldn't even be in the discusssion. If Bill was nigh-omniscient then he wouldn't have needed Ford's help in taking the barrier down, would have saw Mabel about to spray him in the eye, and be able to see right through Stan and Ford tricking him at the end.

Sweet usage of PIS, dudes. You know that scene contradicts the precog he's shown in series, right?

Now excuse me while I follow in your stead and downgrade Arceus to 7-A due to meteors. Low showings are apparently god now.

Assaltwaffle, I understand your point. I do think Time Baby's statement bring more merits to the destruction argument: https://youtu.be/Uecnee60lyc?t=37

Added with the Fact, that Bill actually destroyed his own dimension that he claimed to liberate and to do the same for he stated that he wanted to them for Gravity Falls.

What exactly is the precog he has shown? I don't remember it.

But the point of that scene is clear: Bill's statements are bull and can't be trusted.

And Arceus actually has durability feats, unlike Bill. Almost everything about Bill that Gravity Falls has shown aside from his talk with Ford at the top of the pyramid don't depict him anywhere near what some of his lore supposedly states.

Why are you bringing up Pokemon?. What precog has Bill shown, and why would we take it over his non showings?.

Wait, we are using precog as an argument to justify nigh omniscient rating? If that's the case... then that would mean Shulk would earn Nigh omniscience...

Which ain't happening from what I am seeing.

People don't like the Pokémon comparisons? How bout Lucemon's 5-A feats in Frontier? Or the High 1-Cs of Gurren Lagann getting hurt by galaxies being used as shurikens? Kirby getting hurt by apples? Cthulhu getting gored by a ship? Zach Fair dying to bullets?

Bill's shown precog has him pulling a Mega Alakazam and knowing the exact age someone will die and what cause instantly, and doing a perfect imitation of what Dipper will do in 7 seconds upon waking up. But of course...SPRAY CAN LOL! Who cares if he's shown feats well above human level in durability, being tier 8 with extreme downplay. Spray Can is clearly not PIS and is Bill's peak.

It sounds like something similar to Other M's PIS status, but...

How does precog "pulling a Mega Alakazam and knowing the exact age someone will die and what cause instantly," prove any level of intelligence?

Doesn't the fact that he has precog, off the bat prove that he doesn't know this through sheer intelligence?

@Cal

I don't really like comparisons in general. I'm simply asking what Nigh Omniscience has he shown and if it's consistent with the story.

You don't gotta be listing all these low grade inconsistent things from other verses, just answer the question. If Bill had that level of precog "consistently" then fine but that's still not nigh omniscience.

Can we just see the scan of Bill having combatitive (or any) precog?

All of those other issues have one thing in common: they're inconsistent.

  • Precognition
How on earth does he not already have this? Part of his intelligence section right now is a showing of it. In his AMA, he says that he knows the future, and the worst future he's ever seen is "your" future ("your" being the person asking the question), and he says "YIKES!" to it. When finishing his talk with Dipper, he does an impression of him in exactly 3 seconds, which takes three seconds. Dipper then wakes up doing that exact same thing. He offers to tell Soos the exact time an date of his death. He claims that the mayor is "NOT LONG FOR THIS WORLD". The mayor dies around the time of episode The Stanchurian Candidate. He knows that Grenda will marry rich.
