DIO vs Homura would be cool, but the problem is that there is no way to make it work.
Speed unequal and base Homura means blitz in DIO's favor.
Speed equal/Homulilly means stomp in Homura's favor.
HA Dio vs Akuma Homura is a stomp for Homura no matter what.

@kal Homulily can also defeat HA DIO with speed equal. Akuma Homura is overkill.

Large building and city block level may not that much of difference, but dio is kinda arrogant talks too much. Homu can just using her own timestop while he's talking (assuming both of them have no knowledge of each other). Dio may can see her, but he cannot move within time stop unlike Jotaro. Basically, dio arrogance is his downfall.

What? Dio can move in other time stops, he has, Jotaro got him in the end because he used his own time stop right when Dio's was over.

@man I don't questioning his will to kill. I questioned his ability to move within time stop which he has never demonstrated.

What? He has the exact same ability as Jotaro, Jotaro even had to go out of his way to stop time when his was just about to end so DIO couldn't attack him.
