Luffy senses how powerful his opponent is with Haki. With Gear 3rd it's power varies with how much air he uses to increase his fist size, meaning he only needs to use enough to knock out his opponent which is what we've seen him do plenty of times before (Surume for example)

He barely has been shown to get tired ever (i can only recall when clockwork gets tired running for just 100 meters but that's really fatty clockwork so..) . I don't really think there is any answer to it.

Ben pulls a lot of all-nighters in Ultimate Alien Force pretty much.
Honestly incon considering the vote count and how close this MU is (Luffy KO's or Ben haxes) might be the best option.
