Keep in mind that normal Perfect Cell (and company) are Large Star+ via backscaling from SCP.

WW Hulk is already in the low megaFoe range, but yeah that's obviously not base Hulk. Normal Hulk may be getting amped to triple digit kilofoe level if a certain calc is accepted, but I don't know about anything else.

It already has been. I'm voting Hulk for being 380x more powerful.

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking. Hulk has no method to destroy Cell at, well, a cellular level, beyond trying to hurl him into the Sun or something. And if that happened, SPC could just Instant Transmission back and planet and/or Solar System-bust, and Hulk would be ******.

Worth noting Cell's stamina isn't limitless and regenerating constantly drains him. KO is perfectly viable

Hulk can also adapt to breathe in space, even if he doesn't he can behold his breathe in space for 5min I think which is enough time to knockout cell.

This has never happened before. Every canonical appearance of Hulk in space besides retconned or AU material depicts him as either using some sort of spacesuit (as with the Professor Hulk/PANTHEON series), or only being out of atmosphere/out of a spaceship for very brief times.
