Battle of the 9-B's with most victories (GRACE)

Except it doesn't? You don't need a shitload of experience to be extremely skilled in combat. And Connie's feats that put her on a similar level as Pearl are, well, fighting Pearl mainly. Also learning fast is literally one of the defenitions of Accelerated Development

She's below Pearl, but she can still hold her own, which means they are at least somewhat comparable, Pearl having a load of experience doesn't mean that Connie absolutely needs a ton of experience to be able to fight her. And a portion of Pearl's skill is already enough for Connie to beat Deku
Expect Connie's feat proven otherwise. She can hold out for two minutes and defeated twice which are anti-feat to her skills. Merely learned swordsmanship for a month and fought a few times isn't a concrete evidence to Accelerated Development.

Connie would need to be more than just experience to fight against Pearl on ground. Somewhat comparable is when characters can display a certain level to the enemies and hold out for longer, Connie is neither of them. She got distracted and loses her grip of the sword which is a mistake a fighter shouldn't make.

Losing to someone isn't an anti-feat if you could still hold your own, which Connie clearly does, and I was suggesting accelerated development for Connie having gone from having never picked up a sword to being somewhat on Pearl's level after just a few weeks/months of training, not just learning how to use a sword.

Pearl does the exact same thing in the video you provided, she gets distracted in her fight against a holo-pearl and gets her sword knocked out of her hand, because that's still a thing that can happen no matter how skilled or experienced you are. Connie being able to fight Pearl for a few minutes is enough to show that she should scale, since she doesn't get effortlessly stomped into the ground in a few seconds but can actually fight Pearl for a while on even grounds
