Necro And also it's a complete and utter stomp now. NEO can stomp both Arbitrators who are individually stronger than True Yggdrasil who is stronger than or equal to the True SGDLs (sans Lucemon) who are infinitely above baseline High 2-A while restricted to 1/8 of his full power.
