Though question, why did Aqua lose her resistance to Drain Touch? Kazuma and Wiz explicitly can't drain her unless she lets them or she isn't paying attention.

Because you need to have the resistance and Darkness is the only one stated to have and upgrade it. Aqua is stated to multiple times to gain those resistances from her Hagoromo which is from heaven, the verse categorizes it as Abnormal Status Resistance; poison, paralysis, sleep, curse and drain touch.

Correction. Purification is still Existence Erasure for undead though this only applies to their body alone. It's still enough to erase Mercer.

hmmm... Well, having played both prototype games, and having read the comics, but having seen and read everything that has to do with konasuba, I would Say Aqua wins. sadly.

Why? Passive purification. Most of Alex's attacks involve him getting in close, which would be the absolute would possible thing he could do in this fight. If he touches herm he would most likely be erased, which is something he can't regen from.

So, unless this is deemed a stomp, Aqua purifies this match.
