He has, again, the transmutation is thought based, unlike a physical move, and he leads with it as he´s bloodlusted.

Even when he has transmutation, Goku is literally worlds above him. Saying that transmutation from an 8-B would work on a 3-A sounds like a NLF unless Barney has shown to affect someone at that level which he hasn't because he's never been in a fight.

It dosnt work like that though. Bob is right for once. Goku needs resistances to shrug off. It dosnt matter if the hax comes from a human or from freaking Demonbane, if you dont resist you dont resist.

DaBoi did make kind of a dumb argument, but imo the important argument is that just having Transmutation doesn't mean you can use it to win.

I have a character that can turn sand into soil, that doesn't mean they can transmute-hax Goku, or any character, for a win. It just means they can turn sand into soil.

Barney can turn a fake rocket into a real one. That's it. No more, no less.

Those are specific cases though. I just corrected the notion that it is nlf. Wether or not that stupid pink dinosaur can do it or not is up to you guys.

Wait it takes three seconds to transmute, the ability doesn't get faster with barney unless Im missing something. So considering gokus speed wouldn't he just disintergrate barney before the time was up, sure their equal but doesn't that just mean both can move/ react at massivly ftl?
