Speed is Equal unless it's a stomp for Yhwach.

Yhwach is in his Soul King Absorbed key with his standard equipment, however, he only gets access to The Almighty in terms of Scrifts for now (may change later depending on how things go)

Goku is in his Super Hero Key and starts in SSJB

Battle takes place on Planet Namek

Win by death or incap (no BFR, as if it matters anyway since both can escape it)

I think I'll just list each one's advantages

Yhwach:

1. The Almighty, duh. 4D fate hax (if I recall) that can be used to rewrite his death and also be used offensively to set traps. If he dies due to the massive AP advantage over his 3-C durability, he can come back easily. Also he gets precog which Goku has never fought someone with Almighty level precog.

2. Stamina. Yhwach's stamina scales to Superhuman, but it's a superhuman that can last for over millions of years. Goku has no feat remotely close to this.

3. Soul Hax. Goku resists Hakai which effects the Soul on a 2-C scale, but Yhwach's soul hax are more than merely EE but also death manip, paralysis inducement, fear manipulation, deconstruction, macro-quantum manipulation, and also power absorption.

4. Immortality. I don't need to explain this one, Yhwach is immortal, Goku isn't.

5. Sealing. Yhwach has sealing to keep Goku in check if push comes to shove.

Now Goku:

1. Ungodly AP advantage. Goku has 6 universes of AP over Yhwach's 1.

2. Skill. Yhwach is a good fighter, but Goku is another demon in skill.

3. Accelerated development and Reactive Evolution. Goku, being a Saiyan, grows at an extraordinary rate, so he'll grow mid battle if the fight goes on long enough. In addition, he might adapt to some of Yhwach's bs over time.

4. Battle IQ. Genius>Likely Genius. See Also: Goku's batshit insane BIQ feats

5. Instinctive Action with UI.

6. Powernull on a 2-C scale. Both have powernull, but using DB logic, Goku's should be superior.
