Goku has a hilarious speed advantage but I don't think he can put Overlord down. Especially since he doesn't have Hakai in the anime.

Power Mimicry, Perception Manipulation, BFR, Status Effect Inducement, Purification, Sealing, Paralysis Inducement, Danmaku and Power Nullification can help him.
The effectiveness of using these abilities varies but overall I feel it should help

Perception manipulation isn't stopping the AP gap, he can't copy any of his powers, BFR is resisted via DT, Purification requires him charging a spirit bomb that won't even work due to the AP gap, BOG Goku doesn't have sealing and Overlord resists it anyways, doesn't have Paralysis Inducement in this key either, Danmaku is countered by him just facetanking all of Goku's hits due to him being infinitely stronger, and his power null probably shouldn't be on the profile since that was an AP thing
