@Phoenix: The description of the job says that a serial killer has been going around town and beheading people and it's become a massive issue. The last sighting was in a marked alley with the police still investigating. It offers an award of 200 New Dollars.
@Paul: "Well, the base is just on the north side of town. I have sheets to enlist right here and if you want to get into the military just give them to the recruitment officer at the base."
