Aang already has large size listed under his "fused with La" key, but he should also get large size type 1 for his regular key, as he is capable of earthbending together several rocks to make a giant body while he's in the avatar state.

Everyone who is capable of airbending should get resistance to temperature manipulation. Airbenders are capable or warming themselves up simply by using their breathing, similar to how Zuko has resistance to temp on his profile. This is backed up by Aang not being bothered by the cold in the South Pole despite wearing just robes. Whether Korra has this or not is debatable, as she wears a heavy winter coat while she's in the Poles during Book 2, but during Book 4 when she visits the poles, she's wearing looser clothing. So he arguably has it by the time Book 4 occurs.

Now for the big one. Raava, Vaatu, Unalaq, and Korra should all get conceptual manipulation. Raava and Vaatu respectively embody light and peace, and chaos and darkness. Whoever emerges victorious in their battles defines the balance of the world (also note that the bar on the side refers to balance as an important spiritual concept). Their influence is drawn to chaos and peace, which strengthens them and in turn makes situations either more chaotic or peaceful. Vaatu and Unalaq merged during the finale of book 2 and managed to destroy Raava, thus significantly reducing the influence of peace and light on the world. Although Raava was not completely destroyed, as neither of them can permanently die as long as the other exists. Wan sealed Vaatu inside the tree of time, ensuring that Raava's peace was the dominant concept for 10,000 tears. During The Legend of Korra, Korra used spiritbending to destroy Vaau during her time. Thus, both sealing for all the avatars and spiritbending for Korra and Unalaq should have concept manipulation as part of them, though sealing would not be combat applicable, as it seems to need the tree of time and for the Harmonic Convergence event to be active. It's possible that energybending might also have some aspect of cm; like spiritbending it can interact with and affect spirits and cosmic energy.

When did this happen?

I guess this works.

I'm not knowledgeable enough on conceptual manipulation to give a solid answer on this one.

The concept manipulation seems very weird, the winnir would influence the spirits to do good or bad and affect the "balance of the world" that is not really concept manipulation

The balance of the world part refers to either chaos or peace being the dominant concept/force of the world, depending on which spirit is stronger at the time. With what Raava said about them pretty much confirming that they ARE light and darkness, combined with her stating that they've both existed since time itself started, it's clear that their control over their force is conceptual.

Conceptual alteration is a thing, which is what Korra did to Vaatu. If it wasn't for his special immortality link to Raava, it would have been concept destruction instead.

It was shown to us how the world look like when Vatuu wins and the spirits were causing wars, and when he got stronger little before him being released from his seal the spirits were becoming dark and causing chaos which is pretty much what it refers and not directly to conceptual manipulation

Vaatu didn't win until the Book 2 finale, and the only spirits shown fighting then were all of the dark spirits who were attacking the heroes trying to get to Korra. As seen with Hei Bei, environmental destruction caused by humans turns spirits dark and thus gives Vaatu power. Negative human emotions and fighting also gives Vaatu power and turns spirits dark.

Agree with most of this, disagree with concept manipulation. The force which wins out the conflict between Raava and Vaatu becomes dominant by way of being able to exert influence over the world while the other gets sealed. There's no need for something as farfetched as concept manipulation to make that work.

Wan first avatar showed Korra Vaatu won for a while until Wan sealed Vaatu on the tree, at that point all spirits got dark and attacked people which was the problem not Vaatu actually manipulating the concepts of chaos.

What about the fact that chaos and peace didn't seem to exist before Raava and Vaatu existed?

This is Chaos Manipulation. The concepts of Chaos - Darkness, Peace - Light aren’t affected.

The lack of Chaos and Peace in practice doesn’t means that the concept of Chaos or Peace didn’t existed prior hand, they just didn’t had a practical use. Whoever wins wouldn’t remove what the concept of Peace entails in the universe.

Well, looks like the concept proposal isn't accepted, whereas the other two are. Still need one more staff approval for large size and temperature manip resistance.

Though before this thread is over I'd like ProfessorKukui to comment here, as he was the one to propose concept manipulation initially.

What the others have said. There's hardly any proof to suggest that concept manipulation was what was going on. The other two proposals seem fine.
