August due to higher stats and more magic abilities

Merlin due to her being immune to magic and curses, She has both the blessing of the DG and the SD plus all the knowledge. Her ability INFINITY would proof to be quite difficult to handle. August is very powerful and his COPY & NULLIFYING ability makes him dangerous but i dont see him winning here

August is also able to take no damage from anything Magical that does not involve a holder type magic, Plus any spell Merlin uses August could do the same but even stronger, so I go for August
