Askin starts in Vollstandig. Toshiro starts in his regular Pre-TS Bankai and will mature to his adult state when all the petals fall off. SBA.

Who wins this ?
 
Askin he will just become immune to toshiro after getting hit with his ice and then Toshiro can't really affect him anymore, gets poisioned and dies.
