Goku has an advantage in AP, experience and skills, I think Frisk can withstand thanks to Reactive Power level and his pior knowledge, but I still with Goku here, Goku Skills are a thing will give frisk a big difficulty, "the timeline will be destroyed when frisk dies" think will not be useful since Goku mostly go to Incap instead of killing

Will Frisk be able to get back via Low Godly regen after the timeline is destroyed?

Yeah, even with the "timeline erasure" thing when Glitchtale Frisk dies, it takes a long time for stuff to get erased. Goku can easily just instant transmission out of the universe after he kills Frisk.

In the case of the fight I'm not going to input for round one cause I don't know what frisk would do, but round 2

Icon because IT's range is limited to what he can lock on to, and it gets harder the farther away he is from a power source. So that working sounds unlikely.
