AP for a missile that destroys a tank

hey guys,

im currently trying to create the Demons plan profile pages but im a bit stuck at a particular point,

there is a char that fired a missile to which he said that anti-tank missiles are nothing in comparison: http://img.***********.com/cdn/manga/138/3899/16.png

so i wondered how big the AP of such a attack would be, but i cant find anywhere a info about how much joule/tnt/etc it takes to destroy a tank,

it would be great if someone could help me with that,

Destroying a tank is Small Building level

btw, the the person who attacked said that it is far better than a anti-tank missile, it did this stuff afterall:

would this still be small building lvl or could we put it as large building lvl already?

exspecially since the character in question had a weaker weapon that seemingly had a small building lvl AP feat:

Oh ok, i see, you may actually want to have that explosion calced, just form the looks of it it looks like it's Building level but it could be higher
