Ant-Man vs. Brandish

Ant-man
Brandish Render

Two characters that can shrink and grow things at will. Who would win this battle that can either take place on a molecular level or on planetary levels?

Rules:

-
Both are bloodlusted and with morals off.

-Victory to the death

-Any version of Ant-Man, taking into account all his feats and abilities, including his feats as Giant-Man. Brandish at full power.

-Take place in large meadow, fighters start off as normal size and 50 metres apart.

Who wins?

Does this include Overspace? I assume it doesn't, but i'm asking anyway.

Also, do you mean that Ant-Man will start in his regular size, but will have his City level AP and MHS speed from his Giant-Man form? Because if that's the case, he blitzes horribly once he gets into melee range. Brandish shouldn't be able to really do anything to him besides manipulating his size, but he can fix that pretty easily. The only way i see her winning this is giving him the August treatment, but he has MHS combat speed so he'll dodge that easily.

Although i guess she could do something like enlarging his organs to blow him up from the inside or make them too small to work properly. Dunno if that would work, though. I'll wait for more arguments before i vote.

And now the imagery of giant planetary Ant Man and Brandish duking it out comes to mind. Honestly it's only fair if you equalize the speed tbh. That said I lean on Brandish slightly due to how she can affect others from afar

Brandish were shown to be able to change mass of organs and other parts of insides (Natsu tumor) . If they are bloodlusted, with morals off what stops her from shrinking his aortas to casue a lack of oxygen and rather quick death?

Speed: Hank Pym

DC: Hank Pym, if your taking into account his overspace feat, if not tie

Durabilty: Same as DC

Intelligence: Hank no brainer

Experince: Again, Hank no brainer

Hax: Tie

So, Hank Wins because reasons stated

Brandish since she can just increase his internal organs to cause him to internally explode.
Exactly. "Bloodlusted and with morals off," as the OP says, she would win as soon as the battle starts. She has refined control of the sizes of objects outside herself without having to do anything--She can just look at someone and make the size of any part of their insides or outsides expand or contract at-will. She could just as easily insta-kill Ant Man by shrinking his heart to the size of a pea.

Its part of her ability- it's just more extreme version of Mass Manipulation - she just increases size of certain parts of target so it's nothin another than her base abillity, however it could make her able to ignore conventional durability in similar way how for example bleach character Bambietta's ability works
