the old cm1 no longer exist, as it was just type 2 but on steroids (it was to 1-A only), so, the old type 2 has become the new type 1, the old type 3 become the new type 2 and the old type 4 become the new type 3

it makes no sense, acal type 5 is due transcending the causality system, if a verse has a structure/system that rules fate, causality, probability etc and there has beings who completely transcend that system in a point that they are untouchable etc (and no anti-feats, obviously), they have acausality type 5, they can be even 3-D (but its pretty rare), no need to 1-A only
