So I looked at the Soul Manipulation page's gif and it's not exactly.... the best visual showcase. If I wasn't given an entire description, I wouldn't even know that was a soul being consumed.

Be reminded that it's not a matter of whether or not a character has the ability but how visually clear and recognizable it is.
A lot more people will recognize Hades when they see the feat and associate him with the power than a random character from say, Re: Zero.

Honestly, any form of Hades will do. Don't even need God of War for this one. Hades in mythology is the god of the underworld who has complete control over all the souls of the dead there.
