Hold on. The reason it was considered a “stomp” was because ichgo can’t affect his soul. That doesn’t make it a stomp if Ichgo still has an AP advantage. We’re there other reasons for it being a stomp that I don’t know of? Or was it closed for no reason?

All of Ichigo's attacks are meant to affect the opponent's soul. If Ichigo cannot do this, he basically cannot defeat his opponent.
The difference in AP is not enough to not be a stomp considering that Doom can finish Ichigo in other ways.

The only effective HAX that Ichigo has is Soul Manip. If that is not effective, he has nothing else to defeat his opponent other than CQC, which Doom excels at despite the AP.
Doom also has Rage Power, Strength/Durability and Speed Amp to just blitz Ichigo, has Dura Neg, is a genius, can become invulnerable, Plasma and Fire manip that Ichigo can't resist.
So it's a stomp.
