Ainz isn't going to use death magic as soon as the match starts , nor is it going to be used before the holy right pimpsmacks. Also it's not instantaneously thought based like you seem to believe or something? It's debatable if death magic even would work in the first place considering the Holy Right is the symbolism of Michael which defeated Lucifer.

Even if it by the chance death magic did work Fiamma can resurrect himself after 3 days, if you believe the bible.
