The story already implies that he was leaking into the past (Black's Timeline) and the future (any point after what we see his presence already leaking into Trunks' Future Timeline)
There is an anomaly (or multiple) that overturned fate and stopped Absolute Zamasu leaking to the other timelines completely one of them being Bulma coming to the future and getting Goku and Co. (other anomalies) out of the future and being erased by the one thing that reality compensates the changes in reality and erases those anomalies (Zeno and his timeline erasure)
But with the more minor changes either ignored or implied. There is enough evidence to say there was an implication that Absolute Zamasu and his leaking into the other timelines was the trend of start of reality's compensation in the form of Zeno or otherwise erasing him ALONG with the anomaly timeline at this point.
It implies enough that this is reality's compensation for ALL the timelines we see (or don't see) from any changes from time travel from Trunks or any other time traveler from any point in the past, present, or future of all the timelines we see or don't see.
So from that perspective there is enough evidence to say that Absolute Zamasu would have overtaken any of the timelines we currently see in the story (at least 2-C) and as for any timelines we don't see or are at least implied to have already been erased from reality's compensation (Absolute Zamasu and Zeno)
Ex: (such as the possibility that they don't bring Bulma and get erased along with the timeline because they don't have her to fix the time machine.)
That is my reasoning for Absolute Zamasu being (at least, 2-C or possibly higher.)
