A suggested edit to Cell's page

So recently FanofRPGs did a blog post that very nicely sums up why SPC is ranked as 4-B,

I think that a link should be created on Cell's page (the bit regarding Cell's AP) to this blog page since it contains all the neccessary info to justify Cell's ranking
