All right how often does he use Shaker and Zoaholic respectively?

Like I said Shakers Death Manip has never been shown what has been shown is it's ability to induce nausea, headaches and Numbness so nothing that insta-wins.
Zoaholic only works if the opponent in question touches the artifact. He also can only Transfer his full consciousness to a single body at a time that's if you even allow him to have multiple bodies. Basically it's non combat applicable unless you allow multiple bodies.

It is eventual, as we don't count the player existing for versus threads.
The thing about IDW Megatron is he has to be pushed to fight in first key, and when he does it if I recall he is mostly melee and, of course, fusion cannon, with Antimatter being a move when pushed hard, however Stealth Bomber doesn't even have Anti-matter, or, if he does, will never use it. So you can use second key just to stay on the safe side. You could even have both Megatrons in if you want, though that'll be all the Transformers characters to be inI wanted idw so bad, but i didnt know if his hax was too much

It itself is a massive robot containing many more robots inside itself like a super russian nesting doll/trojan horse. And some of the balloons inside have their own effects ( none of which break your rules ) so yeah i like the chances

Because he can be negated if you overcome his resistance to Heat, it cannot regenerate from corrosion and especially if his core that is in hiss front is destroyed, it is a Game over
