If Pelagia was a High 8-C, a baseline 8-A would be 50 times stronger.

Put Pelagia is 8-C and I think baseline 8-C at that. In this case the 8-A would be 400 times stronger.

See the above list. It gives ranges for the attack potencies a character can have. Attack potency is the same thing as tier but written differently.

You can view it to see how strong a character needs to be in terms of energy to land in a certain tier, and how big those tiers are.
