Moon Knight's current profile has Superhuman Physical Characteristics (During a Moon cycle) and Regeneration (Low. Requires moon light), these aren't part of his base abilities for a long time and, just like all of his strange super powers, come and go depending entirely on Khonshu. So instead, I propose a new key:
Empowered by Khonshu: All previous abilities, plus: Greater Superhuman Physical Characteristics (During a Moon cycle), Regeneration (Low. Requires moon light), Limited Earth Manipulation (Capable of controling anything made of moon material like the Mjolnir), Power Absorption (Via Divine Ankhs), Self-Sustenance (Type 1; can survive on the moon), Intangibility (Phase through a glass door), Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Even mind controlled, Moon Knight was able to change to another personality and break free from the manipulation) and Status Effect Inducement (Was able to resist Black Panther's "Panther Webs", a vibranium-based foam incapacitant) and possible basic radiation resistance since he can be in space?
Tier: 9-B, likely higher.
Why likely higher? Because he should be comparable to his base self and, depending on on the phase and the quantity of the moons, should be stronger. He also briefly stood against Black Panther in Age of Khonshu (the only fight he didn't used any of his temp power-ups). IMO, that's more of a durability feat since he did little damage to BP... But to be fair, MK was mentally divided after talking to the Watcher and wanted to be beat up, if someone wants to make a case, meh. And, when empowered further by Khonshu, was able to take care of a multiversal threat. I'd consider this because it's considered Power Bestowal in Khonshu's profile and on the it's page, there's mention of being connected to Blessed characters, something MK's profile has. (No, I'm not making a case for multiversal MK. I am not entering this fuckfest. Putting it here before someone start throwing rocks at the monitor)
Lift Strength: Class 1 | Class 10 (Lifted a steel door) The class 10 feat was done when he had super powers, so his base LS would go back to Class 1.
Optional Equipment: Divine Ankhs.
