Irrelevant. Thanos is "At least Country level, higher with the Double-Bladed Sword", which is only the first part.

Higher

This should be used to denote a character's weapons, techniques, or attributes that are much stronger than their base level, but still within the same tier. For example, a character that is Solar System level but has an attack that multiplies their power by 100 times. In this instance it should be written as “Solar System level, higher with that ability or technique”.

Spidey is around that level tho. he could easily stop a hit from Cull Obsidian with killing intent. For reference Cull was ******* Hulkbuster 2.0 up
...He isn't though...that is a blatant outlier and Spider-Man is more consistently Tier 8......

you said this
This means than Namor has exceeded the power of Thanos, because Thanos was only able to chip away at Cap's shield with his superior Uru blade and Uru is the most powerful metal in the MCU.

So Namor has now exceeded Thanos in terms of strength so that means that Thor and Hulk have as well

Absolutely disagree.

Much of the last half of the movie was finding the weakness to Namor's power, since as they said "He could be as strong as the Hulk". (Paraphrasing)

They figured out they can weaken and beat him if he's dry. In which they exploit in multiple ways. Ship toaster, explosion, getting to the desert. So he was severely weakened.

It's also bad writing that he didn't immediately go to the water after crash landing, but I digress...
