Vanilla Ice's AP really doesn't matter. Auditor can amp high enough for 8-C AP on Cream not to one-shot, even if it comes down to that.

Auditor's Reality Warping and Probability Manip are not combat applicable. Absorption, Corruption, and Mind Control are only used on the fodder he summon spams.

Auditor's crazy high amp can certainly bring him to a level to hurt Vanilla Ice. I mean, even without amp, he's equal to if not stronger than base Ice, and his amp is insane.

it just needs to get all of The Auditor in order to actually kill him, because if it doesn't then The Auditor just summon spams and absorbs back to full strength

Basically. It would of been possible for me to make this fair without prior knowledge with some setup with trees and a longer distance, but that would of been too long.
