Your argument is flawed as well. You both ignored most of Dio's abilities and the video links, ignored the fact that without prep or prior knowledge, Usagi wouldn't have his birds, and not to mention you can't judge how Dio's minions work just because you say so. Saying that Dio never considers using hypnosis is exactly the same argument of Usagi never considering using Dragon's ice thrower in the Tournament. I'm not gonna even bother with the "persuasion" because like Ricsi pointed out, this fight is largely biased towards Usagi's favor, and there is no point in pitting opponents against each other by sliding characters' abilities under the rug. Try again.

Most of Dio's abilities either wouldnt put Rabbit's zombies down or havent been used by him in combat ever.

Dio's minions have calculations to back up how powerful they are, same as Rabbit's zombies. Its not just that we're saying so, there is hard math backing up what is being said.

OP gives rabbit all his Zombies which include the birds. Not to mention he could and would make more zombies.

Judging how the characters would operate in this scenario is the entire point of this hypothetical battle.

No Rabbit prohibits the ice throwers use as implied by the 2 facts 1) dragon not using it and 2)rabbit's zombies never acting without orders due to their lack of free will. Dio on the other hand never considers the use of hypnosis because it never appears in his internal monologue when he is thinking about what to do.
